Day to day you will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Part-time with flexible hours.
