Now hiring: vertical milling machine operator (Anambra State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Anambra West, Anambra State. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. The role involves: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Pay around ₦100,000 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
