Flatlock machine operator • Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Your main tasks: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
