Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Charlotte County, Virginia. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
