Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Real County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Real County, Texas. The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
