Fry cook • Clallam County, Washington

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Clallam County, Washington. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Meals and transport allowance provided.
