Waterproofing applicator wanted in San Juan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in San Juan County, Colorado. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Day to day you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
