Tig welder — Ogbadibo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tig welder in Ogbadibo, Benue State. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Day to day you will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); carry out 6G pipe welds where required; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode.
