Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Henry County, Georgia. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
