We are recruiting: scaffolding labourer (Maryland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding labourer in Charles County, Maryland. You will work on a bridge maintenance job. On a typical shift you will handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level. You should have: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
