Confectioner wanted in Elliott County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Elliott County, Kentucky. The job is in a bread factory. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Six days a week, one day off.
