Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Del Norte County, California. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time with occasional weekends.
