Commis chef wanted in Ogori/Magongo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Ogori/Magongo, Kogi State. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
