Now hiring: we are hiring an electrical maintenance fitter in Hanover County, Virginia. The job is at a busy electrical contractor. Your main tasks: • Dress and terminate wiring inside control panels • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans • Pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate • Normal colour vision for cable identification Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
