Powder spray gun operator — Putnam County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Putnam County, Missouri. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
