Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Utah County, Utah. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. What we are looking for: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height The role involves grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
