Join our team: shuttering charge hand (Rivers State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. You will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. What we are looking for: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing 3+ years on the tools preferred.
