Electrostatic spray painter • Cibola County, New Mexico

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Cibola County, New Mexico. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
