Head baker wanted in Adams County

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Adams County, Idaho. The job is at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
