Stamping press operator — Sagadahoc County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Sagadahoc County, Maine. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. You should have: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided.
