Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Carter County, Oklahoma. The role involves cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
