Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Fluvanna County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Rotating shifts.
