Now hiring: we are hiring a water supply plumber in Grundy County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy plumbing and sanitary firm. Day to day you will replace worn washers, seals and float valves; cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections; read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site; carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs; install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps; connect overhead and underground water tanks. You should have: • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
