Rebar foreman • Jefferson County, New York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Jefferson County, New York. You will be based on a busy residential building site. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling The role involves fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
