Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Six days a week, one day off.
