Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites The role involves swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
