Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Edwards County, Kansas. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Ideal candidate: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Day-to-day duties: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork Full-time with occasional weekends.
