Powder coater wanted in Cedar County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Cedar County, Iowa. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
