Halal butcher — Grand County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Grand County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
