Great opportunity: we are hiring a counterbalance forklift operator in Greene County, Iowa. You will work at a freight and logistics depot. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit What we are looking for: • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required • Accurate, careful stock handling • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
