Great opportunity: external wall insulation fitter (Kentucky)

Join our team: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Jackson County, Kentucky. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. You will install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Full-time with occasional weekends.
