Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Gooding County, Idaho. You will work at a busy lift company. Requirements: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate On a typical shift you will rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake.
