AC and fridge repair technician • Broome County, New York

Immediate opening: we are hiring an AC and fridge repair technician in Broome County, New York. You will work in an AC and refrigeration showroom. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold Your main tasks: • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter Rotating shifts.
