Great opportunity: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Gogebic County, Michigan. The job is at a busy restaurant. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts You will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
