Cook wanted in Bulloch County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Bulloch County, Georgia. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts.
