Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Shelby County, Tennessee. You will be based in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Good eye for colour matching and blending $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
