What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches.
