Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in McPherson County, Nebraska. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. You will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
