Concrete shuttering carpenter • Stephenson County, Illinois

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Stephenson County, Illinois. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. Day to day you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
