Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in West Sussex, England. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer You should have: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Six days a week, one day off.
