Join our team: production welder (Sokoto State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production welder in Binji, Sokoto State. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On a typical shift you will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Rotating shifts. We offer ₦120,000 per month plus benefits.
