Vacancy available: short order cook (Akwa Ibom State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Udung Uko, Akwa Ibom State. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 1+ years on the tools preferred.
