HSE officer wanted in Delaware County

Join our team: we are hiring a HSE officer in Delaware County, Iowa. The job is at a manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Rotating shifts.
