Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
