Overhead (EOT) crane operator — City of Manassas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in City of Manassas, Virginia. The job is in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Your main tasks: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans 5+ years on the tools preferred.
