Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Dewey County, South Dakota. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
