Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
