Powder coater — Ola Oluwa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Ola Oluwa, Osun State. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₦8,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
