Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Performance bonus on top of base pay.
