Panel technician wanted in Kershaw County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel technician in Kershaw County, South Carolina. The job is at a paint and panel shop. Your main tasks: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Full-time, day shift. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
